With the Web Services Plug-in, technical support can be a difficult issue. When submitting support requests, please describe your operating environment really well (see below). When submitting an email to us concerning support, make certain to include the following information:

FileMaker Version:
Hardware of computer:
Web Services Version:
Provide us with a detailed description of the problem.
If you can send us the WSDL file along with the a database illustrating the exact problem that would be very helpful.
IMPORTANT: We will not be able to trouble shoot questions regarding the WSDL functions, as we did not write those functions. You may need to contact the publisher in most cases to get the answers to your questions.
However, if a particular WSDL is not loading, or if you see any other strange behavior, do send this information our way and we'll see how we can get this problem addressed.
